WHAT

Magnificent Diocese is a celebratory Catholic community whose mission is to spur bold Catholic leadership. We are passionate about growing Catholic schools and churches for the purpose of promoting Catholic, Christian principles and virtues in society. We seek to answer the call of the Great Commission and build God’s Holy Church for the benefit of our children and our children’s children. We are made up of clergy, religious and laity. Our initial focus is to inspire Catholics to increase their leadership influence by attending the Global Leadership Summit on August 4-5, 2022 in Rochester, NY.

“In the restoration and promotion of the sacred liturgy, this full and active participation by all the people is the aim to be considered before all else; for it is the primary and indispensable source from which the faithful are to derive the true Christian spirit…” (Sacrosanctum Concilium 14)

Steve Stemper, CEO and President, The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado
I think the conference is great from a leadership perspective and wholeheartedly support it!

Daniel Tarrant, Youth Minister...
The Global Leadership Summit has done more for me than any Catholic or Christian experience I have ever experienced, hands down!

This event opened my eyes to what a real Church leader can do!

The leadership training and development you experience here is above anything else!

The exposure is tremendous...

Rev. Doug Grandon, Parochial Vicar, St. Thomas More Church, Centennial, CO ...

I learn a great deal from business leaders who share their experience managing human and financial resources… and find it easy to apply business principles to the business of the Church. ... We Catholics have much to learn from them about the successful evangelization of the unchurched, in particular.

Debbie Scott, Denver area GLS Coordinator...
The GLS offers a different approach; a Christian flavor to leadership… It’s for anyone (parish staff, religious women, youth ministers, students and parents) looking for better leadership skills at their parish, work, or at home.
